Tai Chi for Seniors, Instructor Course
Home Study and Zoom Classes

There will be four Zoom classes on Saturday, 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM

This program is designed for individuals who desire to teach Tai Chi to the senior population or who want to practice gaining health benefits. It is also suitable for beginners who wish to learn Tai Chi.
The benefits of practicing Tai Chi are improved balance, mobility, coordination, muscle strength, and better immune function. The course offers complete instruction on how to learn Tai Chi and how to teach Tai Chi most efficiently. There will be four Zoom classes on Saturday, 1.5 hours for each class.
Upon registration, you will receive the instruction manual and the first video, "Tai Chi Foundation." You will receive the second video, "Tai Chi for Seniors," (the form), during the first Zoom class.
The Home Study includes:
* Home Study Manual, in PDF file
* Video I: Tai Chi Foundation Practice: Tai Chi Walk, Tai Chi Basics, Tai Chi Qi Gong, (Downloadable Video)
* Video II: "Tai Chi for Seniors" (the form)
Zoom Classes:
1. Understand the theory of Tai Chi
2. Refine the movements Tai Chi foundation practice.
3. Refine the movements of Tai Chi for Seniors form.
4. Teaching techniques for seniors.
You will be certified once you complete the course. You will be able to teach anywhere in the States and the World.
Before registering for this course, you need to be willing to commit to this study. We want you to be successful and maintain the quality of your Tai Chi journey.
Refund policy:
90% refund if you cancel two weeks before class starts;
70% refund if you cancel less than seven days before class starts;
No refund if you cancel less than three days before class starts, but you have credit for the next course or another course.
