Tai Chi for Seniors and Beginners

10-Week In-Person class, starting January 8, 2025, 2:00 to 3:00 PM

Tai Chi has a long history of over 400 years, and people worldwide study Tai Chi for their health, vitality, and longevity. The benefits of practicing Tai Chi include improved balance, mobility, coordination, muscle strength, emotional balance, mental clarity, and better immune function. For seniors, using Tai Chi skills to prevent falling is very important. It is a great exercise for stress reduction at any age. This class offers step-by-step instruction on Tai Chi fundamental movement, Tai Chi skill practice, and Tai Chi form.

This class is for beginners and seniors with experience or without experience.
